Personnel is kind and friendly. Hygiene is excuisite. One of the most important things for me is the fact that the staff speaks English. However, the expertise of the doctors ( Fatih & Ayşenur ) is what delighted me, so I will certainly remain their loyal patient. P.S. Visited this dentist for the 3rd time in two years and once again amazed at the treatment and service i received from such an amazing team. They are all about saving your original teeth and that is exactly what they have done. I have had all my infections cleared, all the mercury removed and all the damaged teeth repaired. Treatment carried out with the utmost care. Highly recommend them once again! We met the DentMax clinic team due to a friend's recommendation and a bit of an emergency. I can say that I always leave the clinic with peace of mind and satisfaction to come to my next appointment. Thanks to the use of the latest technology devices and medical materials in the field of dental health, my brother and I had a very comfortable treatment process. Of course, Doctor Beyza Hanım's understanding of all our quirks also played a big role in this comfort. From the moment you step into the clinic, you are greeted with the smiling face and attention of the entire staff. You are offered any kind of tea and coffee you want while you wait. The clinic is extremely clean and hygiene is taken care of. As far as I have observed, the doctors (Mr. Fatih, Ms. Ayşenur, Ms. Beyza and other doctors) always follow up with each other in problematic dental treatments. I don't know how to start my comment. In short, I can say that it is good, but there are a lot of things I need to say. I went to Fatih Hoca for a check-up a few years ago and a detailed analysis was done. Although I went to different doctors, I understood that Fatih Hoca's interest, knowledge, sincerity and the importance he showed to his work were at a level that could not be ignored. He explained why I needed a surgical treatment and handled each stage one by one without causing any concern. Since the treatment would be surgical, I wanted to postpone it and we started my treatment on May 13, 2024. This will be a long comment because I want a detailed comment for everyone who is researching this clinic. First, the upper jaw expansion procedure was performed. The upper jaw expansion was achieved in a two-week period with the apparatus without surgery. Then, two months passed and wires were attached to the upper jaw first and then to the lower jaw two months later. During this process, I also had a filling procedure done and I am very pleased with the fillings that both Beyza Hoca and Ayşenur Hoca did. I am truly grateful for their sincerity ☺️.. Whatever I write here without exaggeration would be insufficient. I would like to thank each and every one of you. As for my braces treatment, it is going very well; I haven't had surgery yet and I will have jaw advancement surgery. I am very happy to have done this process with Fatih Hoca and his team

My fiancé and I came to Dent Maks to clean our teeth, this place is the best in town (Balikesir) ,they have greatest staff, and also best coffee

The interest is good, but the prices are exaggerated. They only charge three separate processing fees for 1 tooth for the filling. Moreover, they want to perform the procedure over and over again, not for the result, but for the treatment. I do not recommend it. If possible, do not even visit. Businesses operating with this mentality should be inspected and closed down.

I came to the clinic to have my tooth extracted and had a truly amazing experience. A very courteous and professional approach was displayed throughout the process. I felt no pain during the tooth extraction and the whole team was very careful. I would especially like to thank Dr. Rümeysa, I felt very comfortable with her care and attention to me. It was a clinic that I was very pleased with from beginning to end during my orthodontic treatment. My impacted tooth was successfully removed during the treatment process thanks to the professionalism of my instructor Fatih, and I am very happy with the result.
